چکیده
In order to evaluate the macrozoobenthic fauna of Çıldır, Aktaş and Aygır lakes, 47 taxa were identified as a result samplings carried out in different periods 2013, 2017 2019. 41 43 at species level new records for study area. The dominant Lake Çıldır Gyraulus (Armiger) crista (4.49%), Paratanytarsus lauterborni (3.90%) Virgotanytarsus arduensis (3.80%). It was seen that gammarid population determined among zoobenthos Lake. Gammarus pseudosyriacus with 15.24% dominance rate Lake, followed by Cricotopus (Isocladius) reversus 7.53% albus 7.29%. Gammarid also high but unlike balcanicus from this group 6.28%; it took fourth place after (8%), (6.92%) tricinctus (6.64%). terms diversity, highest Shannon Margalef Index values found (Shannon H': between 1.73-2.23 (average 2.0), Index: 1.89-2.06 2.03)) while diversity indices lower lakes. detected all three lakes are α β mesotrophic species, density can be considered sign transition oligotrophic level, especially Çıldır.

Seasonal Changes in Microbial Community Structure in Freshwater Stream Sediment in a North Carolina River Basin
This study examined seasonal differences in microbial community structure in the sediment of three streams in North Carolina’s Neuse River Basin. Microbes that reside in sediment are at the base of the food chain and have a profound influence on the health of freshwater stream environments. Terminal-Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (T-RFLP), molecular fingerprint analysis of 16S rRNA ge...

The reproductive characteristics of 2 brown trout (Salmo trutta) populations were examined in 2 tributaries, the Anuri and Cenker streams, of the Çoruh River, north-eastern Turkey. Sampling was carried out by electrofishing monthly from November 2000 to October 2002. Age varied from 0 to 6 in the Anuri Stream, and from 0 to 7 in the Cenker Stream. Fork length (L) ranges were 4.29-29.9 cm and 3....
متن کاملEvaluation of the status of heavy metal pollution in surface water and sediments of the Nil River (North Eastern Algeria)
Water and sediment samples were collected from six different stations, located along the Nil River between February and June 2015. Concentrations of cadmium, lead, zinc, and copper were determined. The extent of the sediment pollution was assessed, using the multiple pollution indices, namely contamination factor (CF), pollution load index (PLI), and the geoaccumulation index (Igeo). The result...
